Justin specializes in commercial civil litigation matters including construction Law, and foreclosure actions. Justin also handles landlord-tenant issues, including drafting of residential and commercial lease documents, with a focus on land-lord representation. Before joining The Law Offices of Moulton Bosshardt, LLC, Justin worked as a litigator at a boutique firm specializing in construction law. Justin served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as a helicopter crew-chief. Justin is a member of the Florida Bar and The 8th Judicial Circuit Bar Association.
